About The Position
San Luis Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing facility dedicated to improving the lives of our residents. We are currently looking to hire a Dietary Aide - kitchen help.
Requirements
- Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably handle long periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
- Interest and ability to work with geriatric and disabled residents, positive attitude and strong team spirit, good verbal communicator.
Responsibilities
- Prepare kitchen and assist with daily food service
- Deliver meal trays and plates to residents
- Retrieves trays at the end of mealtime
- Stock inventory and organize storage areas
- Wash dishes
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
- Attend staff and in-service meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
