The Kitchen General Helper will be responsible for dishwashing, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and other areas and assisting chef and team as needed. This role involves dispensing food for the next day of production, plating individual meals, and conducting work in accordance with safety standards. Responsibilities also include storing food according to procedures, performing general cleaning duties, distributing supplies, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety requirements. The role requires the ability to work in various workstations, including the meal distribution area, and assisting the Chef as needed, including sandwich making.
