The Kitchen General Helper will be responsible for dishwashing, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and other areas and assisting chef and team as needed. This role involves dispensing food for the next day of production, plating individual meals, and conducting work in accordance with safety standards. Responsibilities include storing food according to procedures, performing general cleaning duties, removing trash, and distributing supplies. The role also requires washing dishes, assuring compliance with sanitation and safety requirements, and the ability to work in various workstations including meal distribution and packaging. Assisting the Chef and making sandwiches as needed are also part of the duties.
