Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience
Monday - Saturday open availability (required)
Bachelor's Degree or leadership experience equivalent
Kitchen Leadership Experience
Passion for service and care, and commitment to restaurant core values

Responsibilities

Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas to ensure a remarkable guest experience
Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders
Manage a team of 30+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards, and responsible for scheduling
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
