About The Position

Performs specialized cleaning of the Casino/Hotel/SPA and F&B premises using specialized or skilled cleaning methodologies. This includes detailed cleaning of specialized areas such as kitchen machinery, spa, and casino floor areas. The role also involves general floor care, cleaning and sanitizing food storage and shipping/receiving areas, and operating heavy cleaning equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 5 years of custodial experience including experience with specialized cleaning equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of specialized areas, including kitchen machinery and detailed cleaning of spa and casino floor areas.
• Perform general floor care as needed (i.e., strip, wax, sweeps, mops, vacuums floors, cleans carpets).
• Cleans and sanitizes cook’s line in all food outlets.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food storage areas as well as shipping/receiving areas.
• Operate and perform preventive maintenance of all heavy cleaning equipment, i.e., street sweeper, utility carts, power wash, genie lifts, pallet jacks.
• Identifies and notifies supervisor of any unsafe conditions or areas, machinery that require attention or repair, and when materials and chemicals require restocking.
• Provides excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients.
• Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.
