About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and deliver high-quality food to customers. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow the Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, and maintain food quality and portion control when cooking and serving at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure orders are served accurately and promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
