About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and help deliver high-quality food to customers. This hourly position pays $20.00 per hour. The role involves food preparation, inventory stocking, cooking and serving food at the cookline, maintaining food quality and portion control, and keeping the store clean and sanitary. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with the Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, and maintain food quality and portion control when cooking and serving at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure they are served accurately and promptly.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
