About The Position

Come work in the fast paced cannabis industry! We are hiring a full-time Kitchen Crew Member/Packager for our production staff at Nature's of Milliken! We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our dispensary team as a Kitchen Crew Member. This position plays a key role in creating high-quality, cannabis-infused products in a safe and regulated environment. As a member of the kitchen crew, you will assist with the preparation, cooking, and packaging of cannabis-infused edibles, ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards, as well as sanitizing stations while adhering to state and local regulations.

Requirements

Must have a valid badge from the State of Colorado to work in the cannabis industry.
Basic math skills required for measuring ingredients, and for packaging.
Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift and move equipment and supplies in excess of 35 pounds, with or without assistance.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years experience in a bakery or confectionary production oriented role highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure production work is performed by following standard operating procedures.
Weigh and store finished products and ensuring that all pertinent information is recorded in logs
Accountable for weighing, labeling, packaging and product logging for accurate inventory control.
Ensure that product workstations are sanitized and organized.
