Requirements

  • Kitchen professional experience
  • Knowledge of the operations of the Kitchen and the recipes involved
  • Excellent customer service skills to all our customers
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality
  • Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams’ culture and values
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive the best service by providing friendly, polite, and knowledgeable assistance; greet and thank them personally.
  • Perform food preparation, including chopping vegetables, trimming meat, breading products, and composing salads according to recipes.
  • Prepare hot sandwiches, breakfast items, and catering orders for events, holidays, and special occasions.
  • Maintain Adams’ quality standards by ensuring all food is served at a safe temperature, properly labeled, and attractively presented.
  • Rotate stock to ensure freshness, keep cases and bars full, and restock as needed based on inventory.
  • Follow opening or closing procedures, including equipment setup/shutdown, product preparation, and end-of-day cleaning.
  • Receive, check, and store deliveries, match inventory to invoices.
  • Keep all kitchen, service, and display areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
