The Kitchen Compliance Lead Cook is responsible for leading daily kitchen production while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, quality assurance, and operational compliance within a fast-paced ghost kitchen environment. This role combines hands-on food production with oversight of HACCP procedures, temperature logs, labeling systems, sanitation practices, and recipe execution to ensure all food is prepared safely, consistently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading by example while ensuring speed, consistency, and accountability across kitchen operations.
