Responsibilities
- Proven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance
- Demonstrates care and compassion for people; shows empathy and concern. Able to build and maintain positive team relationships, relates well to diverse people; is approachable
- Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety
- Assists the cooks with making specific dishes
- Fills and re-stocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks
- Follows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation and all saved recall transactions
- Responsible for personal Cashier Productivity
- Takes food orders in person and by telephone
- All other duties as assigned
- Demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence. Engages with customers always
- Improves speed and efficiency of service provided
