POSITION SUMMARY: The Kitchen Cashier provides customer service and cash handling in a retail store environment. The role is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values.

Requirements

Valid Food Handlers Card
Customer Service and retail experience desirable

Responsibilities

Provides customer service and cash handling in a retail store environment.
Acts as a role model for the company by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining core values.
Demonstrates persistence and perseverance in achieving excellent results.
Shows care and compassion for people, demonstrating empathy and concern.
Builds and maintains positive team relationships and relates well to diverse people.
Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions, and food safety.
Assists cooks with making specific dishes.
Fills and re-stocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks.
Follows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation, and all saved recall transactions.
Is responsible for personal Cashier Productivity.
Takes food orders in person and by telephone.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence and engages with customers always.
Improves speed and efficiency of service provided.
