About The Position
Superior Contracting & Maintenance and Home Ease are actively hiring experienced 1099 Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Crews as we expand our kitchen and bath renovation services in the Atlanta market. We provide real project opportunities directly to qualified contractors — no job boards, no subscription fees, and no chasing leads. Superior Contracting & Maintenance and Home Ease provide residential repair, renovation, and improvement services across multiple markets. As demand continues to grow, we are specifically expanding our kitchen and bathroom remodeling options for homeowners and residential clients in Atlanta. We are looking for skilled crews who take pride in craftsmanship, communicate professionally, and can represent our brands well in customer homes.
Requirements
- Must be a 1099 contractor or established remodeling business
- Active General Liability Insurance required (COI required)
- Worker’s Comp preferred
- Own tools, transportation, and jobsite equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using mobile phone/app for updates
- Must be located in the Atlanta, GA area
- Must pass background check
- Must be able to complete client badging / onboarding requirements for site access
- Residential kitchen remodels
- Residential bathroom remodels
- Tile and finish carpentry
- Punch-list / final completion work
- Customer-facing service environments
- Light plumbing / light electrical coordination
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 5 years kitchen / bath remodeling experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete remodeling work with quality craftsmanship and professionalism
- Review scopes, measurements, and project expectations before starting
- Provide progress updates, photos, and communication through mobile tools
- Submit estimates for additional scope or change requests
- Maintain clean, professional jobsites
- Represent Superior Contracting & Maintenance / Home Ease professionally in occupied homes
- Meet timelines and completion expectations
