About The Position

J. Blanton is one of the fastest-growing residential home service companies, aiming to become the largest and most respected home service provider with a target of $500 million in company value within 10 years. They have a rapidly expanding shower remodel division, which surpassed $1 million in sales in its first year and aims for $10 million in revenue by 2026. The company exclusively employs W-2 team members, including installers, to ensure high quality, consistent training, and a superior customer experience, rather than relying on subcontractors. J. Blanton is also unique in the Chicagoland area for holding a full plumbing license, which is crucial for high-rise condo projects. They offer proprietary products that differentiate them in the market. The mission is to deliver a superior remodeling experience through highly trained in-house teams, strict quality standards, and exclusive materials, aiming to be the market leader.
