We are seeking a skilled Kitchen and Bathroom Installer to join our team. In this role, you will handle installations and remodels, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards with minimal disruption to clients. Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in the home remodeling or installation industry, preferably in kitchens and bathrooms.
- Proficiency with tools and materials commonly used in kitchen and bath installations (e.g., plumbing, tiling, cabinetry).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with acrylic installations (e.g., acrylic tubs, showers, or surrounds) is a significant plus.
- Knowledge of Utah building codes and regulations.
- Certification in plumbing, carpentry, or related trades.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of kitchen and bathrooms, including cabinets, countertops, tubs, showers, sinks, and surrounds.
- Collaborate with design teams and clients to execute custom remodels, from demolition to final touches.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues, such as structural repairs or water damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, prioritizing customer care and professionalism.
- Travel to job sites across Utah as needed.
