About The Position

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

Requirements

Experience performing work using your hands. Common areas are construction, manufacturing, painting, or other personal hobbies.
Comprehending color and matching colors is essential to this job. You must be able to detect, evaluate, and reproduce colors.

Nice To Haves

Facilities maintenance is a huge bonus but is not a requirement.

Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity: Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
Monthly Bonus Program: Additional earnings based on add-on repairs
