About The Position

FriendShip Kitchen Associates prepare, cook, and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. The role helps create positive customer experiences through food service, guest interaction, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. It offers an opportunity to develop customer service, food preparation, and teamwork skills while staying active during shifts. The position advertises starting hourly pay of $14.00, base-pay increases every 90 days during the first two years, weekly pay, flexible hours, promotions, bonuses, and benefits.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Experience working in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math and reading proficiency with strong attention to detail.
Friendly, dependable, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
Ability to meet the described physical demands, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, convenience, customer-facing roles, or quick-service restaurants.
Familiarity with food preparation or food-safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform store-related outdoor tasks such as emptying trash, handling deliveries, and clearing walkways of snow.
Carry out occasional extended cleaning tasks and ladder use.
