About The Position

Under the direction of the Group Home Manager, the Kitchen Assistant is responsible for food preparation and delivery, washing dishes, cleaning, and storing. Housekeeping and teamwork are also integral parts of the job. The role assists with preparing food and cleanup for individuals residing in Autumn House Group Home.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Effective communication methods.
• Coachable in developing new skills and making decisions that align with house needs.
• Respond professionally and effectively to requests, concerns, and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with other agency staff.
