This role involves washing dishes and assisting kitchen staff in food preparation when needed. The schedule offers no late nights, allowing for a balanced life.

Requirements

• Experience in food service, preferably in the kitchen.
• We will conduct training.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes per procedures.
• Follow daily cleaning chart.
• Sweep and Mop floors with weekly deck scrubbing.
• Take out Trash.
• Break down boxes.
• Use Three compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize pots and pans.
• Use dish machine, clean and break down at the end of the shift.
• Stay busy throughout the shift.
