Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher - The Village at Ocotillo
About The Position

This role involves washing dishes and assisting kitchen staff in food preparation. The shift is from 3:30pm-7:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, with no late nights, allowing for more quality time to maintain a balanced life. Hours are 3:00pm until 8:30pm. Fridays and Saturdays off with options to pickup shifts.
Requirements
- Experience in food service, preferably in the kitchen.
- Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes per procedures.
- Follow daily cleaning chart.
- Sweep and Mop floors with weekly deck scrubbing.
- Take out Trash.
- Break down boxes.
- Use Three compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize pots and pans.
- Use dish machine, clean and break down at the end of the shift.
- Stay busy throughout the shift.
- Assist the kitchen staff in food prep when needed.
