About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Kitchen & Bath (K&B) Designer to join our team and help bring our clients' dreams to life. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with skilled professionals and engage with the latest trends in residential remodeling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen and bath design, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar), and an understanding of building codes and measurement verifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain positive client relationships and manage project coordination smoothly.
Nice To Haves
- Accreditation from NKBA or similar is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Clients, Sales Manager, and Architect to develop and draw precise K&B plans.
- Convert client's abstract ideas into detailed working drawings; revise plans according to client feedback to meet budget and expectations.
- Assist in managing the client selection process, placing special orders for cabinetry, and maintaining the H&H Selection Center.
- Ensure effective communication with clients, staff, and subcontractors, and maintain proactive involvement in company growth objectives.
- Develop detailed phase 1 conceptual and 3D photorealistic drawings, and maintain accurate records and specifications for construction and cabinetry orders.
