About The Position

The Kit Assembly Technician will be responsible for final packaging, labeling and sealing of products (liquid and/or diagnostics) with appropriate documentation as required by current company policy and regulations. This is a second shift position, working from 1:00 pm to 9:30 PM. FUJIFILM Biosciences is a leader in the life sciences field, offering a comprehensive portfolio of products and services. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Good work history.
Knowledge of metric system.
Ability to understand Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Must be able to work overtime as product demands dictate.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Good oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Some experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferred.
General education (high school).

Responsibilities

Inspect product for content (volume) and label accuracy.
Kit product in final box configuration in accordance to product family requirements.
Ability to use shrink seal equipment.
Maintains and ensures completeness and accuracy of all documentation associated to work performed.
Ability to navigate through electronic documentation system.
Responsible for transactions associated with components and supplies used for batch; to maintain inventory accuracy.
Follow line clearance requirements to maintain cGMP and cGLP in all work areas.
Quarantines product and completes all necessary documentation.
Suggest changes in departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintains cleanliness of work area.
Assembles product final kit.
Assist with lab glassware preparation.
Assist in other production duties as assigned by supervisor.
