About The Position

Waypoint is seeking a compassionate, resourceful, and community-minded Kinship Coordinator / Navigator to join its Family Resource Center team in the Upper Valley, based in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The role supports kinship caregivers—grandparents, relatives, and other trusted adults raising children when their parents are unable to—by helping families find resources, navigate services, and build connections that strengthen families and communities. The coordinator serves as a guide and advocate for kinship families, developing genuine relationships, supporting caregivers, and collaborating with community partners. The position also supports Family Resource Center programs, events, and activities, and maintains a caseload. Requirements

Compassionate, resourceful, collaborative, and organized approach, with an interest in building relationships and making connections.
A valid driver's license and proof of active automobile insurance with minimum liability coverage of $50,000/$100,000.
Successful criminal background check; individuals with a history of abuse, neglect, or exploitation are not eligible for the role.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or bachelor's degree in social work or a related field; relevant experience may be substituted for some educational requirements.
Experience with home visiting, kinship care, resource navigation, and/or parenting education.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care, including Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
