About The Position

Waypoint is hiring a compassionate, resourceful, and community-minded Kinship Coordinator / Navigator for its Family Resource Center team in the Upper Valley, based in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The role supports kinship caregivers—grandparents, relatives, and other trusted adults raising children when their parents are unable to—by helping them find resources, navigate services, and build connections that strengthen families and communities.

The coordinator builds relationships with families and community partners, helps caregivers access benefits and support systems, coordinates family support, and maintains a caseload. The position also supports Family Resource Center programs, events, and activities, helping ensure families feel welcomed, heard, and supported. Requirements

• A valid driver's license.
• Proof of active automobile insurance with minimum liability coverage of $50,000/$100,000.
• Successful criminal background check; individuals with a history of abuse, neglect, or exploitation are not eligible for the role.

Nice To Haves

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in social work or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for some educational requirements.
• Experience with home visiting, kinship care, resource navigation, and/or parenting education.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, including Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
• Relevant experience in family support, kinship care, home visiting, or resource navigation.
