About The Position

At JGM, you’ll help produce critical structural components that support bridges, buildings, and major industrial projects across the region. We’re looking for skilled operators who take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship. This role involves operating CNC plasma & oxy-fuel cutting tables to cut heavy structural steel, reading blueprints, handling materials, and performing quality checks.

Requirements

• Experience with CNC plasma or oxy-fuel cutting
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Comfortable in a high-output, team-driven shop

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC plasma & oxy-fuel cutting tables (Kinetic or similar)
• Cut heavy structural steel (3”+ plate) with precision
• Read blueprints and produce “bolt-ready” parts
• Handle materials using cranes, forklifts, and advanced lifting systems
• Perform quality checks to ensure AISC-level standards
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and shop efficiency
