About The Position

StretchLab is seeking individuals with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, and Athletic Training to join our team across three studios in the Triangle area: Cary, Morrisville, and Holly Springs, NC. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing fitness modality. StretchLab is the leading provider of one-on-one assisted stretching, with a mission to help clients 'Live Long'. Our team comprises experts from diverse fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, and Pilates, all dedicated to providing world-class stretching sessions through our proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP).

Requirements

• Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aide).
• Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instructor.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on training to clients.
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for all individuals.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
• Availability to complete the Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online tutorials, 2 days in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of practice).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
• Motivate and encourage clients during stretch sessions.
• Drive StretchLab membership growth and client retention.
• Ensure client safety through proper stretch techniques and adherence to StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Address member concerns as needed.
• Support sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours, offsite events, and sales activities.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to support client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use.
