About Lifemark - OT Consulting Clinic, located in Vancouver. Our Lifemark OT - Consulting clinic is conveniently located on Lougheed Highway, between Rupert Street and Boundary Road, a few minutes from the Rupert Street Skytrain station. Established in 1986, the clinic boasts a spacious area of 8600 square feet that is wheelchair accessible. The clinic is well-lit and inviting with ample free parking. We leverage a large, well-equipped gym and work-simulation tools to achieve exceptional outcomes for WSBC, ICBC, LTD, and private clients. With over 30 years of experience in work conditioning, med-legal services, and functional capacity evaluations. Our primary treatment programs include concussion rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, general physiotherapy, vestibular therapy, active rehabilitation, medical-legal assessments, long-term disability, return-to-work planning and much more. Our team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a physician, counsellor and kinesiologist, supported by dedicated admin staff, all working together within programs that emphasize early assessment, evidence-based concussion management, and safe return to work and daily function. Your impact This position will provide the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of clinicians, as well as provide exposure to complex occupational rehab cases. Our KINs provide both individual and program-based treatments and assessments for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries. They also play a pivotal role in supporting veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, first responders, and individuals facing physical, cognitive and mental wellness goals.
