About The Position
Kindergarten Teacher at Helena Public Schools. Helena Public Schools' vision is to foster dynamic educational experiences that prepare all students for life. As an Elementary Teacher, you will work as part of a team that serves nearly 8,000 students at 18 campuses across Helena. This position serves a 187-day contract scheduled for 7 hours a day. The starting base salary range is $52,275-$70,833 based on education and experience, in addition to a competitive benefit plan.
Requirements
- Montana teaching certificate with the appropriate endorsement.
- At least a year of successful teaching experience at the elementary school level.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel to other buildings and will need to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.

Responsibilities
- Teach district approved curriculum.

- Provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil.
