About The Position

Cheder Menachem Girls School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching early literacy (ABCs, phonics, and reading) to young learners.

Requirements

• Proven experience teaching Kindergarten or a similar age group.
• Strong background in teaching early reading skills, including phonemic awareness, phonics, and decoding.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Introducing and reinforcing early literacy skills, including the ABCs, phonics, and beginning reading.
• Develop and implement instructional materials and activities.
• Assess and monitor student progress.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members and communicate with parents as needed.
