About The Position

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time W-2 Kindergarten Teacher to provide school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year in Ohio. The position is onsite in a kindergarten classroom and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for 37.5–40 hours per week. The listed dates are ASAP through May 2027. Experienced teachers and those new to the field are welcome and will be supported by the company’s team.

The teacher will provide engaging, standards-aligned instruction, support student growth in collaboration with school staff and families, maintain student records, and foster an inclusive and safe classroom. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid Ohio teaching license for Kindergarten.
• Strong classroom management and instructional differentiation skills.
• Ability to support students with varying academic, developmental, and cultural backgrounds.
• Passion for fostering foundational literacy, numeracy, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in elementary school settings is preferred.
