About The Position

Chandler School is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Kindergarten Instructional Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:35 AM - 3:35 PM. Our school is a Preschool - 2 early childhood school with 720 students and 140 dedicated staff members. We look forward to working with parents to meet the academic, emotional, social, and physical needs of their children. We believe strong self-esteem is key to a happy child and the beginning of a successful school experience. We have high expectations for all children to develop as individuals, respect others, and build a solid knowledge base of skills and learning strategies. Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or associate degree with relevant experience considered
Experience working with primary-age students
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Citizenship, residency or work visa required
