About The Position

As a Kinaxis Architect - Supply Chain Consulting Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Within our Operations practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will be crucial in creating a connected and agile supply chain network. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. Requirements

Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain management
Coaching and providing feedback to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of inclusion and professional growth
Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine supply chain transformation strategies
