Responsibilities

• As a Logistics subject matter expert play a lead role in developing new client relationships and grow existing accounts through engagement with client decision makers and adjacent Genpact leaders
• Help clients understand our transformation delivery approach and build client confidence for successful engagements creating transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact for our clients
• Understand our deployment methodology lead projects driving measurable financial and operational client outcomes and ensure compliance across engagements.
• Monitor multiple project budgets project forecasts and compliance with department policies on project governance.
• Aid in the development of proposals and SO Ws for Logistics advisory transformation and managed services.
• Develop consulting team members in supply chain client management financial management and client value delivery.
• Contribute to firm development activities such as recruiting retention and professional development
