About The Position

The Kiln Fireman will communicate with other employees in different departments, Burning Department, Setting Department and Dehacking Department. The Fireman will have the ability to use the computer to enter quality data, make changes to process, generate reports and monitors process variables. Also will obtain strong knowledge of drying and firing equipment and operations.

Requirements

Ability to learn other jobs and fill in when needed.
Ability to operate and reset transfer cars and haulages.
Ability to keep track of car positions.
Ability to use hand tools to perform minor repairs and make adjustments.
Ability to communicate with supervision about production, quality and safety issues.

Responsibilities
