KidStrong coaches teach a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children from walking age through 11 years old. Coaches engage with children and their parents at KidStrong training centers, helping parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids. The role is suited to candidates with an athletic or coaching background; experience with children ages 15 months to 8 years or pediatric occupational or physical therapy experience is ideal. Classes are scheduled on weekdays, typically from 3:30/3:45 p.m. to 7:45/8:00 p.m., and on weekends, typically from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Weekday mid-morning opportunities and later weekend afternoon shifts may also be available. Work schedules are flexible depending on studio needs, and additional scheduled hours may be available through private class coaching. Candidates selected to start as soon as possible receive online and practical on-the-job training. Pay increases are available after passing coach certification and completing additional training.
