KidStrong Coaches deliver a science-based, parent-focused curriculum for children from crawling age through 11, developing each child’s brain, physical abilities, and character. Coaches lead engaging, high-energy 45-minute classes, physically demonstrate movements, support proper technique, and help children stay safe and progress. They build relationships with children and families, guide parents through class, and explain the purpose of the curriculum. The role is active and includes up to 24 hours per week of classes, with a minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Coaches also support center operations by recording attendance, awards, and student data in the KidStrong Coach App; communicating with teammates in person and through Slack; reviewing weekly programming; completing certifications and ongoing training; and supporting camps during school breaks, parties, and PNO events. They use required systems and processes to maintain accurate member information and provide positive trial and member experiences.
