About The Position

KidStrong Coaches deliver a science-based curriculum designed to develop children’s brains, bodies, and character. They lead engaging, high-energy 45-minute classes for children from crawling age through 11, helping kids build confidence and develop while creating a positive experience for both children and their families. The work is active and involves demonstrating movements, supporting proper technique, and helping each child stay safe and progress. Coaches also explain the purpose of the curriculum and help parents understand their child’s progress and how the program supports their goals. Coaches support center operations by recording attendance, awards, and student data in the KidStrong Coach App; communicating with the team in person and via Slack; reviewing weekly programming; completing certifications and ongoing training; and using required systems and processes to maintain accurate member information and provide strong trial and member experiences. They also support camps during school breaks, parties, and PNO events.
