About The Position

KidStrong is a rapidly growing private training center focused on the brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. We utilize a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professional coaches. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids, making a positive impact on their lives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, helping them become smarter and stronger, and collaborating with an amazing team. The classes are held on weekdays from mid-mornings to evenings until 7 pm, and on weekends from 8 am through lunchtime. There is an opportunity for a flexible work schedule based on studio needs, with additional hours available through private class coaching.

Requirements

Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range.
Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
CPR certified.
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
Self-starter that just gets a job done.
Athletic or coaching background.
Ideally have experience coaching kids ages 6mo-11 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience.

Responsibilities

Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (walking to 11 years old).
Engage with parents, educating them on the KidStrong curriculum.
Deliver KidStrong's science-based curriculum focusing on brain, physical, and character development.
Maintain a positive, motivating, and effective presence during classes.
Increase scheduled hours through private class coaching opportunities.
