About The Position
KidStrong is a rapidly growing company that helps parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged crawling through 11 years old. We are looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives. This role is for our DFW location.
Requirements
- Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
- Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
- CPR certified.
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter that just gets a job done.
Nice To Haves
- Athletic or coaching background.
- Experience coaching kids ages 6 months - 11 years old.
- Pediatric OT/PT experience.
Responsibilities
- Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (6 months - 11 years old).
- Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
- Engage with parents and kids.
- Coach birthday parties and center events.
- Contribute to the fun, energetic, and professional team environment.
