About The Position
Child Watch/Family Engagement Team members needed! The YMCA is looking for energetic, nurturing, team-players to work on our Family Engagement team. The team will provide safe and engaging, quality child care and be a positive role model for children, parents and other staff, while doing age-appropriate activities with kids. Requirements
- Must be 16 or older
- 1 year Child Care experience
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent recommended
- Red Cross Babysitting certificate
- Course work in child development or related field preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and engaging, quality child care
- Be a positive role model for children, parents and other staff
- Do age-appropriate activities with kids
