About The Position
Responsible for directly supporting the implementation of the Just 4 Kids program in coordination with the program Coordinators. Plans and implements daily structured activities for 4 & 5 year old children enrolled in the Just 4 Kids programs. Oversees the daily operation of assigned site, supervising Paraprofessionals and Aides at assigned location. Program hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is a 0.9375 FTE position (37.5 hours per week).
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- Educational background in elementary education or related field
- Experience working with preschool age children
- Supervisory experience
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a range of temperatures, and in a fast pace physically active and loud environment associated with children’s activities.
