About The Position
River Place Country Club is seeking an energetic, dependable, and caring Kids Place Staff Member to help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children while members enjoy the Club’s amenities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a family-focused atmosphere.
Requirements
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous childcare, babysitting, camp, or youth program experience
- Friendly, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Kids Place environment
- Provide friendly and attentive care for children of club members and guests
- Communicate professionally with parents and fellow team members
- Follow all Club safety procedures and childcare policies
- Assist with special family events, camps, and seasonal programming as needed
