The Kids Ministry Assistant supports the overall mission and weekly operations of the children’s ministry by helping create a safe, organized, and engaging environment for children and families. This role assists with volunteer coordination, classroom preparation, check-in processes, communication, administrative tasks, and ministry events. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, relational, and team-oriented, with a heart for serving children and supporting families. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced ministry environment are essential. Previous experience in children’s ministry or administrative support is preferred, but not required.
