Kids for All Seasons Attendant (Winter Seasonal)
About The Position
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is seeking fun-loving attendants to join the Kids for All Seasons (KFAS) Kids Club team in a full-time, winter seasonal capacity. This role is ideal for a responsible, reliable, team-oriented, and well-groomed childcare professional. The work environment combines a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess excitement and dedication in serving guests, understanding that guest satisfaction relies on the cooperative efforts of the entire team, respecting each member's contribution.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., childcare, education, recreation, hospitality)
- Creative, enthusiastic, and able to engage children of varying ages and interests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and safety-conscious
- Flexible availability, including weekends and school holidays
Nice To Haves
- First Aid and/or child safeguarding certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome children and families with warmth and professionalism
- Plan, lead, and supervise engaging indoor and outdoor activities including arts & crafts, games, storytelling, nature walks, and more
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Kids Club environment
- Communicate with parents and guardians, keeping them informed and reassured
- Support team members and contribute to the overall guest experience

- Hourly wage: $27.80 to $29.50 per hour
