About The Position

My Gym Wellesley is hiring part-time coaches who can start fast. No experience needed - we train you from day one. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being around children and can bring energy and excitement to a room, especially during birthday parties. The position involves leading structured movement classes for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years, running birthday parties, camps, and special events, and building relationships with families.

Requirements

• Ability to light up around kids and families.
• Ability to lead a room and hold attention.
• Reliable with good energy every shift.
• Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
• Must be able to work one weekend shift per week.
• Must be able to attend a paid weekly Friday team meeting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in childcare, preschool, coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured movement classes including obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music.
• Run birthday parties, camps, and special events.
• Build real relationships with the families who attend the programs.
