About The Position

My Gym Wellesley is hiring part-time coaches who can start fast. No experience needed - we train you from day one. This role is for individuals who enjoy being around children and can bring energy to a room, especially during birthday parties. The position involves leading classes, running birthday parties, camps, and special events, and creating positive experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years. The job also includes building relationships with families.

Requirements

• Light up around kids and families
• Can lead a room and hold attention
• Show up reliably with good energy every shift
• Work well as part of a close-knit team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in childcare, preschool, coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater

Responsibilities

• Lead structured movement classes: obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, music, and more
• Run birthday parties, camps, and special events
