About The Position

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic professionals to join our team and help us shape the future of children's fitness. We are growing rapidly with plans to open 60+ KidStrong centers across NJ/NY/CT in the coming years. This role is a part-time position with room for growth, offering a blend of hands-on coaching and behind-the-scenes operations. We are looking for individuals who love working with kids, have a passion for fitness, and are high-energy, driven, and looking for a rewarding career where they can make a real difference.

Requirements

  • Passion for Kids: A genuine desire to positively impact the lives of children.
  • Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new challenges.
  • Sales & Operational Savvy: A solid understanding of sales principles and operational excellence.
  • Leadership Skills: A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Experience with Children/Fitness: Strongly preferred.
  • Educational Background: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • CPR Certified (Must be obtained and kept current)
  • First Aid Certified (Must be obtained and kept current)
  • EpiPen Certified (Must be obtained and kept current)

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging and dynamic classes for kids (approximately 12 per week).
  • Inspire and coach by demonstrating proper form and motivating children.
  • Connect with families and members, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
  • Drive sales by utilizing lead generation and marketing strategies to achieve center goals.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks, including inventory management and communication with prospects and members.
