About The Position

KidStrong is a rapidly growing company looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals to join their fun, energetic, and professional team at the Fort Collins, CO location. The ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids to make an impact on their lives. KidStrong focuses on building stronger, smarter, more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum that emphasizes brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. Coaches are responsible for teaching this curriculum and educating parents about it.

Requirements

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter that just gets a job done.

Nice To Haves

• Athletic or coaching background.
• Experience coaching kids ages 15mo-8 years old.
• Pediatric OT/PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (15 months - 8 years old).
• Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
• Engage with parents and kids.
• Make an impact on the lives of children.
• Build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids.
