About The Position

KidStrong is a rapidly growing company looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals to join their fun, energetic, and professional team at their Highlands Ranch, CO location. The ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids to make an impact on their lives. KidStrong focuses on the brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old, using a science-based curriculum taught by professional coaches.

Requirements

• Athletic or coaching background.
• Experience coaching kids ages 15mo-8 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter that just gets a job done.

Responsibilities

• Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (15 months - 8 years old).
• Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
• Engage with parents and kids.
• Make children smarter and stronger.
