About The Position
YSS is seeking energetic, caring, and dependable Kids Club Program Assistants for Ledges Elementary School in Boone, IA. This part-time role involves creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for elementary-age children before school, after school, and on no-school days. The position is crucial for families who rely on Kids Club as a place for children to learn, explore, build friendships, and feel supported. Program Assistants will lead activities, assist with homework, serve snacks, and act as positive role models to help children grow in confidence, skills, and connection.
Requirements
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within three months of hire.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them succeed.
